WHAT WE DID & HOW WE DID IT

Georgia Aquatic Hall of Fame Website Redesign

The Georgia Aquatic Hall of Fame presented us with a challenge – to update their outdated online presence in a dynamic and aesthetically pleasing way. GAHOF’s mission is to promote aquatic excellence by honoring the achievement of athletes and coaches who have achieved great successes in aquatic sports in the state of Georgia. Since GAHOF does not have a physical location to honor these athletes and coaches, it’s really important that the online presence is a good representation of the impressive achievements made by these individuals.

We decided to use a WordPress theme, mostly for the practical reason of needing to hand over our work to our client once we’ve created the foundation for them. GAHOF will be adding new honorees and updating content as it sees fit, and WordPress has a very user friendly interface for editing that our client should be able to use with ease.

Our biggest goal was to separate the honorees by the year they were inducted into the hall of fame, in effect creating an interactive timeline to showcase the honorees chronologically and cohesively.
